Prime Minister Andrew Holness says under the new leadership of the Human Employment and Resource Training Trust/National Training Agency (HEART Trust NSTA) , more targeted programmes will be offered for unattached youth. He has also lauded the recent private-public initiative that led to the amber coding school facilitated by heart.
