Prime Minister Andrew Holness issues urban renewal mandate under the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation, MEGJC. Prime Minister Holness on Tuesday, (June 27) announced a phased initiative geared towards reducing urban decay and blight across constituencies. In the first phase, each Member of Parliament will receive 4 million dollars towards urban renewal while only urban MPs will receive support in the second phase based on their proposals.
