Tensions are mounting in South East St. Catherine as the People’s National Party, PNP, Constituency Office fell prey to a raging fire on Monday night. CVM LIVE understands, the blaze, is reminiscent of a month ago. Deputy Mayor of Portmore and Councillor for the Edgewater Division, Alric Campbell, is distancing himself and his supporters from the attack.
Mere weeks after this proclamation was made to Leader of the Opposition, Mark Golding, the Constituency office was once again engulfed in flames on Monday night, in what is suspected to be an arson attack. The blaze was eventually extinguished by firefighters. As he condemns the defacing of the constituency office, he further seeks to assure Jamaicans that there is no ongoing feud between himself and Dr Dawes. Watch the report:
