Acquainting himself issues and life outside of the urban area, Opposition Leader Mark Golding continues his tour of the island visiting St. Mary, along with General Secretary and St Mary MP, Dr. Morais Guy, and other supporters.
Mr. Golding says this is an opportunity to be more comprehensive of the issues facing rural areas.
Speaking with fishermen at the Pagee Beach, he notes concerns from fishermen including sanctuaries not allowing them to fish, limited availability of canoes and wires used for pots.
Mr. Golding also says some fishermen encounter challenges in other territories; however, he says discussions will be held with the Foreign and Agriculture Ministry to remedy the same.
