Despite speculation that the present circumstances surrounding the States of Public Emergency (SOPE) declared on December 6, without the passage of the additional regulations have nullified its implementation, Attorney At Law and Director of Jamaicans for Justice (JFJ) John Clarke, confirmed that the 14-day SOPE is in effect.
