PNP Urges Jamaicans to Invest in Preserving Environment

The Peoples National Party is encouraging Jamaicans to engage in activities that will help preserve our natural environment. Shadow Minister on environment illustrated how human’s activity could impact not just the environment, but human survival. Shadow minister of land, environment & climate change, Sophia Frazer-Binns, says climate change remains an existential threat to Jamaica.

She was speaking at an earth day function in Kingston on Friday. She says climate change threatens much more than just flora and fauna. Opposition Leader Mark Golding says preserving and restoring the environment is the responsibility of all Jamaicans.
