Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Security, Dr. Horace Chang, expressed appreciation for the Inter-American Development Bank’s unwavering partnership in the journey towards digital transformation within the national security architecture. Dr. Chang made these remarks during his keynote address at the handover ceremony of computer equipment to the Training Branch of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, JCF.
