Police Commissioner Gives Timeline of Search & Rescue Operation of Late Constable

Commissioner of Police, Major General Antony Anderson sought to clarify the sequence of events and related timing of the untimely death of Constable Donald Carr. He died as a result of injuries sustained in a crash on Saturday along the North-south Highway in St. Ann.

The Commissioner of Police says the timings and responses are based on the force’s vehicle tracking system, computer-aided dispatch at police emergency, and preliminary findings of the investigations. It was revealed that the search and rescue operation took 1-hour and 43 minutes. Watch the report for more details:
