Police Hopeful for Better Days in Steer Town, St. Ann

Continuing their Violence Mitigation Programme, police strolled through areas of concern in St. Ann, one of which being the Steer Town community.

The goal? building community partnerships with residents. Senior Superintendent Dwight Hall says the initiative works with residents, and stakeholders, through agencies like the HEART Trust NTA. SSP Dwight Hall says they have already started seeing changes in the community, as he notes, agencies are focused on steering youth in the right direction. Watch the report:
