A video recording on Thursday showing a man filming himself executing by way of several head shots to another man who appeared to have already been lifeless body on the ground has led to a major police investigation and man hunt.
The incident happened in Melbrook Heights, Harbour View, Kingston shocking not only the community but the nation at large at the gruesomeness of the act.
The East Kingston Police are now in search of the person of interest who they say is no a stranger to them.
Harrison says based on intelligence he does not believe this shooting will spark a reprisal however, he says he doesn’t need an incident like this to reoccur.
He further states that the operation is supported by both the area and high command.
