Bringing tidings of comfort and joy to the hardworking men and women of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, Police Commissioner Major General Antony Anderson commended the team for carrying out their duties with zeal despite limitations and challenges this festive season. This is as he expressed empathy for the members who unlike others will get little time off to share with friends and family, as they work around the clock to bring safety. He says the much-anticipated uniforms and gear will be brought in shortly, spreading cheer to the nation’s police force.
And on the heels of news that could dampen the crime fighter’s spirits following more damning allegations in the latest The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) report, the Commissioner urged his team to keep toiling giving them his word he will do his best to support them and counter the unfair criticisms.
