Medical Officer of Health for the St. James Parish, Francine Phillips Kelly, says temperature checks are being conducted at all entries, and travelers with elevated temperatures are assessed. The virus, which is more commonly known for the scaring and lesions it leaves on the body, also presents itself in body aches and exhaustion. Kelly says an infected individual might not have visible lesions at the time of infection. 

She is adamant that persons with elevated temperatures are constantly under observation, even after they are granted clearance to stay on the island. Watch the report below:
