Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) President, Keith Duncan has made history by becoming the first to serve 3 terms. He says high on the agenda for 2022 is developing an effective social transformation programme to address the root cause of crime.
The unanimous decision to reinstate Keith Duncan as President of the Private Sector of Jamaica (PSOJ) was made against the backdrop of maintaining consistency in leadership through the pandemic. Duncan, who has been serving since 2019, will be making history as the first president to serve three terms.
High on the agenda for next year is reducing crime through engaging young people in communities that produce high levels of crime. He explains that while the focus has been made on upgrading police infrastructure, it is time to shift to human capital development.
Two new Vice Presidents have been added to the Officer Corps. Both are expected to contribute to economic and environmental efforts according to Duncan.
