In an exclusive interview with CVM LIVE Buchanan dismissed claims initially circulated of his client’s appeal application being refused by the privy council.
When asked about the additional grounds, the constitutional man, as he describes himself says the matter is sub judice therefore he is unable to delve into the specifics of the case seemingly agitated by what he says are misrepresentation and incorrect dissemination of information, Buchanan says the public should read beyond sensationalism and headlines, as their reactions do impact the involving parties, love ones.
