Privy Council Refuses Additional Grounds For ‘Vybz Kartel’

The Privy Council has refused the application of leave to argue additional grounds in the case of Adidjah Palmer, popularly known as Vybz Kartel; the decision which was ruled last Wednesday was however made available to the public today.

The document with the ruling stirred a multitude of discussions as it was misinterpreted by some. In an exclusive interview with CVM LIVE Buchanan dismissed claims initially circulated of his client’s appeal application being refused by the privy council.

When asked about the additional grounds, the constitutional man, as he describes himself says the matter is sub judice therefore he is unable to delve into the specifics of the case seemingly agitated by what he says are misrepresentation and incorrect dissemination of information, Buchanan says the public should read beyond sensationalism and headlines, as their reactions do impact the involving parties, love ones.
