After visiting the family of eight-year-old, Danielle Rowe, on Sunday, the Minister of National Security, Dr Horace Chang, announced the inclusion of professional counselling to assist with symptoms of grief.
Dr Horace Chang says all elements of the police have been extended to find the perpetrators subjecting them to the full extent of the law. He adds this will also bring closure to those who mourn. The minister notes this attack on the state is a sign of the cancer of violence on society. He insists only the proposed long-term action by the Prime Minister can address the scourge.
