Promoters are calling for clarity on the amended Noise Abatement Act after their permit for an event on Saturday night was ordered to end by a police patrol just minutes after 2am.
Parliament approved an extension to the law which gives patrons and promoters an additional 2 hours of partying for the holiday season.
