Public Defender Concludes Nzinga King’s Hair Was Cut by Police Officer

Public Defender Arlene Harrison Henry found that a police officer had a hand in the controversial cutting of Nzinga King’s hair; this is in contrast to what was revealed earlier this year by the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) and Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM). Both entities suggested that based on a raft of inconsistencies and witness claims, King pulled out her own hair.  But the Public Defender insists this was not so. More details in this report:
