On Monday night, a horrifying quadruple murder sent shockwaves through the tranquil community of Trelawny. The victims were all members of the same family, and it’s suspected that the killers specifically targeted one individual who had been accused of a crime that had devastated another family several years ago. This grim incident follows a distressing pattern, as, within the span of just two weeks, three parishes – St. Catherine, Clarendon, and now Trelawny – have each witnessed similarly tragic quadruple murders.
According to reports from the Falmouth Police, at approximately 9:30 PM on Monday, a group of armed assailants entered a family residence on Mountain Lane in Duansvale, Trelawny, and ruthlessly executed four family members. The victims were identified as Cordel Graham, aged 51, Nicole White, aged 43, Amelia Livingston, aged 21, and Akeem Robinson, aged 27. Upon receiving a distress call from residents, the police promptly arrived at the scene, but the perpetrators had already made their escape. Nonetheless, the gruesome crime scene spoke volumes of the horror that had transpired. Assistant Commissioner of Police Clifford Chambers, who oversees Area One, shed light on the connection between this recent murder and a double homicide that occurred in 2017. Watch the report:
