Rattigan Threatens Defamation Lawsuit, Challenges Senator to Show Proof

Former FBI Special Agent and Attorney, Wilfred Rattigan is firing back at comments made by Foreign Affairs Minister Kamina Johnson Smith following a claim pertaining to the Senator’s failed Commonwealth bid and related funding. Rattigan told CVM LIVE the Minister should contest the documents he acquired from the US Department of Justice and Local Authorities. He says by the Minister’s statement that his claims are baseless, he’s considering a defamation lawsuit, and demanding an apology. 

Rattigan notes the Minister’s contention will have to be with the government entities and bodies locally and in the US from which he procured documents. Documents he insists show up to March 30 of 2023, signs of breaches of the Financial Administration and Audit Act, and possible tax evasion. He challenged the government senator to provide her proof that she accepted the donation by the books adding. Watch the report:
