Residents In Clarendon Arrested After Breach of DRMA

There was a long line of traffic in a section of Clarendon earlier this afternoon. This as police officers were in operation and arrested persons who were in breach of the Disaster Risk Management Act (DRMA).

The Clarendon police were out in their numbers on Sunday evening to ensure the curfew protocols were met by all. Senior Superintendent of Police Christopher Phillips says they are posted on all four corners to enforce the law

The truck could be seen filled with persons in breach of the Disaster Risk Management Act, including a few minors who were loitering on the road

Motorists backed up on the road and processed individually by lawmen to understand the reason for breaking the 2 pm Sunday curfew.
