Road works have officially commenced in Manchester on the Greater Mandeville traffic improvement project. Funds were approved by the government to fix the traffic issue in the parish. The revelation was made by the Mayor during a Parish Council Meeting recently.
Emerging from the Manchester parish council meeting was the ongoing traffic issue facing the parish. Chairman of the Parish Council Mayor Donavon Mitchell says the finance ministry has approved funding for the road traffic project that has commenced.
However, while making the announcement, the mayor sought to dismiss claims of politics being at the center of the project.
