Road works on the Boston to Draper’s main road in Portland are set to resume after a considerable delay.
Work on the Southern Coastal Highway Improvement Programme is set to resume after being paused for several months. Work came to a halt mainly after the sub-contractor terminated their contract with China Harbor Engineering Company, the Main Contractor, and Communications Manager at the National Works Agency (NWA), steven shaw outlined the objectives for the project which is being referred to as package twelve.
