Murder charges have been laid against 50-year-old mechanic, Robert Fowler of Portmore, St Catherine. Fowler was held after Jackson who was previously reported missing was found dead in the vicinity of the Dyke Road in Portmore, St Catherine.
Fowler’s being represented by Attorney Willesley Senior. Meanwhile, Jackson’s relatives expressed mixed emotions as CVM LIVE broke the news of the suspect’s charges. They are demanding the return of the death penalty for Fowler.
