Robert Fowler pleads guilty to the March 2021 murder of 20-year-old accountant Khanice Jackson.
Senior Attorney representing Fowler, Lynden Wellesley tells CVM LIVE his client’s medical issues caused delays, that were not to be ignored. He says with the guilty plea the court can now move forward. Jackson, who resided in Independence City, Portmore, St Catherine, was found dead on March 26, 2021, two days after she had been reported missing. Her decomposing body was found in an open lot near the Portmore Fishing Village.
Fowler was taken into custody and charged after he reportedly confessed. A social inquiry is to be done in his community.
