Robert Morgan Speaks on Dead Babies Scandal

The Government says it remains firm in its support of the Health Minister. “We are optimistic” according to Information Minister Robert Morgan addressing the media at the weekly Post-Cabinet meeting, insisting there is no intention, to replace Dr. Christopher Tufton.

Minister without Portfolio with Responsibility for Information Robert Morgan, says the report submitted to the Cabinet Monday, was thoroughly reviewed by Prime Minister Andrew Holness. Morgan said despite repeated calls for the Health Minister to step down, members of the cabinet are sufficiently satisfied with the Health Minister’s performance and are standing solidly behind him.
