Signs of life are soon to return to a St Elizabeth community with the re-injection of funds and resources to renovate and maintain a community centre. During a community meeting in the parish, Hotelier, Glen Bromfield promised to gift residents their desires and more.
Residents of Barton in St Elizabeth are hopeful the re-injection of support from one of their own, will see to the proper maintenance and upkeep of the area’s sole community centre. They contend the helping hand of Philanthropist and Hotelier, Glen Bromfield who had once been turned away, but things fell apart until his return.
Lauding the opportunity to give back to the community, Bromfield encouraged the Government to make more shares available for purchasing across Jamaica. He expressed his intention to invest funds in the community for purchasing shares in the toll roads that are being built.
The people of Barton and its environs agree that the support they receive will serve to improve their lives if they remain accountable for future generations.
