He was making his contribution to the Stockholm + 50 international meeting on Wednesday. Speaking under the theme, fast tracking resilience and adaptation, Senator Samuda underscores the importance of small island developing states, truly having a chance to access these funds for adaptation. Meanwhile, Senator Samuda says there’s urgent need for action to address global climatic changes. He says this target and others are within reach.
