It has been six days since the abduction of eight-year-old Danielle Rowe from her school in Portmore; she was found with her throat slashed. The family’s nightmare continued when Danielle died at the Bustamante Hospital for Children on Saturday. She became the eighth child murdered locally since 2023.
Since the eight-year-old’s untimely death, the police have released footage of what is suspected to be moments before her brutal assault, where she is seen in the company of a woman. While the footage does not provide a clear image of Danielle’s companion, the police have since published the image of a woman they believe has information that may assist with the chilling case – the picture, generated using an electronic facial identification technique, is the only tangible public update available in Danielle’s murder case. It is unknown who the female suspected is or her relationship with Danielle Rowe. Watch the report:
