Security guards employed to Guardsman Limited staged another protest on Thursday, demanding fair treatment for their years of service rendered to the group.
One employee explains to our news team that the new contract is unreasonable and as a longtime employee of the company she will be deprived of all her entitled benefits. She also indicates since her refusal to sign the new contract; work has been challenging. Dave Thomas who has been employed to the company for 40 years, alleges the company vowed to pay him his pension when he nears retirement.
