Police in Portmore, St Catherine have listed seven men as wanted. The men are to report to the Greater Portmore police station no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, May 11. Divisional Head, SSP Christopher Phillips says the police will not relent and will intensify operations in the division to reduce crime. Last Saturday the St Catherine South Police Division reported its highest number of serious crimes since the start of the year.
Head of the Division, SSP Phillips believes these men of interest may be able to assist in relation to some of those incidents. Among them are four murders in two separate incidents. The men are being urged to report to the Greater Portmore Police Station commonly known as the Hundred Man Station.
SSP Phillips says the police are committed to ridding the space of the criminals and residents can expect heightened police presence. Watch the full report for more details:
