Should Jamaica Adopt A Heat Warning System?

Scorching days and sweaty nights, are causing misery for many, with suggestions that Jamaicans should get used to the conditions going forward and even brace for higher temperatures. However, comfort is not the only concern, as the possible adverse impacts on health become more severe with each degree of increase.
