The recent brazen daylight robberies in Portmore, St Catherine sent several Beryllium security guards to the hospital leaving two financial businesses with millions gone. Commissioner of Police Major General Antony Anderson, noting some Jamaicans may be fearful, says investigations and still ongoing, and six suspects are already in custody.
The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) is working assiduously to apprehend those responsible for the recent multimillion-dollar heists in Portmore, St Catherine. In the March 19 attack, thieves made off with over 23 million dollars and left three Beryllium security guards nursing gunshot wounds. Police Commissioner Major General Antony Anderson says six suspects are in custody while. Another has been slapped with 12 charges. Watch the report:
