A laying of the headstone ceremony and a 21- gun salute signaled final goodbyes to Police Corporal Oliver Mulling, who was killed by gunmen while on duty in October. Commissioner of Police Major General Antony Anderson says the tribute is the first of its kind and is to bring closure and recognition to the service and sacrifice of Corporal Mullings.
