Three members of the ” Speculation Gang” in St Elizabeth were killed in a shootout with the police. The gang which according to investigators has been around for some time, is responsible for several crimes in the parish.
Dead are twenty-one-old Shamar Brown, twenty-year-old Ricardo Salmon, and nineteen-year-old Najae Smith, all from St. Elizabeth addresses. Two firearms were reportedly seized during the incident – Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay confirms that the men are said to be part of the speculation gang, responsible for several murders and robberies in the area.
