St Thomas Eastern Dust Woes Addressed

China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC), along with other stakeholders finally began paving the main road leading to the Princess Margaret Hospital on the weekend to address the dust nuisance about which residents have been protesting. The people say unfortunately while waiting for over 3 years, health concerns were on the rise.  After much anticipation residents of St Thomas are breathing a collective sigh of relief and 

Expressing gratitude to the CHEC and other stakeholders including s& g road surfacing materials limited For starting work along the Dumfries to Lysson Mainroad that stretches along the Princess Margaret Hospital. This comes after several demonstrations to remedy the dust woes that have impacted both workers and patients at the hospital in close proximity. Watch the report:
