Stakeholders In Tucker March for Peace

Recent flare-ups in one St James community have prompted action by a local representative imploring peace. One resident is however of the view it will take more than a peace march for long-term change to take root.

Much concern among residents in Tucker, St James, following the recent flare-up of violence in the community. It has prompted a response from interest groups, in and around the area, including political representatives. The People’s National Party (PNP) Councillor Kerry Thomas partnered with the tucker Community Development Committee, CDC, for a peace march on Sunday. Watch the report:
