Steel Men are appealing to colleagues to Not Settle for low pay: Two tradesmen are shedding light on how they are being underpaid on construction sites despite the price point recommended by the local authorities. They say they will make themselves available to other steel men to form an alliance and fight the alleged exploitation within their field.
The men say they are also exposed to environments that may compromise their health however, they do not have a union to represent them.
