31-Year Old Davian Bryan, the man who became Portland’s most wanted after being suspected of kidnapping two children in Bath, St. Thomas last year October, is now in police custody. Police say they captured Bryan during a targeted operation in a section of Duhram District in Hope Bay, Portland. They say it was evident he was being assisted, however, no arrests have been made for aiding and abetting, as investigations continue.
Bryan, who was out on bail was linked to the disappearance of two girls, aged nine and 13, in the St Thomas community of bath in October of last year. Superintendent of the Portland Police Division, Kenneth Chin, says there was difficulty in locating him, as people did not know how he looked. The police however are unable to say definitively if Bryan was connected to the abduction incident at the College of Agriculture, Science & Education (CASE).
