Legendary reggae singer Tabby Diamond is among four others who were shot in McKinley Crescent, on Tuesday. The singer was believed to be the target of the bloody ordeal. The incident transpired at around 9:45 pm.
CVM LIVE found out the leader of the Mighty Diamond group stopped at a shop close to his home with a group of friends, where they were ambushed by the marauding gunman. Diamond and another man were pronounced dead, while three other persons are being treated at the hospital. Deputy Superintendent of Police Stacey-Ann Powell, says the situation is being investigated by the police, noting a motive for the attack is not yet known.
