August signifies the passing of two months since 15-year-old Ackalia Dunkley was airlifted to the United States in an endeavor to preserve her life, following the occurrence of life-threatening burns at her residence in Burnt Savanna, St. Elizabeth.
This expedition culminated in success, as Ackalia returned to her home on Saturday, August 19. Nonetheless, Dunkley is scheduled to remain at the University Hospital of the West Indies for a few additional weeks to conclude her treatment. Watch the report:
