Toshyna & Sarayah’s Kidnapping and Murder Case: One Pleads Guilty

One of four people accused of conspiring to kidnap and murder 27-year-old Toshyna Patterson and her 10-month-old child, Sarayah Paulwell, has pleaded guilty to the dastardly deed.

CVM News understands the accused made an in-camera appearance in the Home Circuit Court on Thursday.

The matter is being regarded as confidential and or sensitive, and so the media was not privy to access the courtroom.

The name of the man who pleaded guilty to 2 counts of murder is being withheld at this time.

However, prior to this development, the accused and their related charges were:

Leoda Bradshaw

  • Two counts of kidnapping
  • Two counts of capital murder
  • Among others

Richard Brown

  • Two counts of kidnapping
  • Two counts of murder
  • Among others

Roland Balfour and Roshane Miller

  • Two counts conspiracy to kidnapping
  • Two counts conspiracy to murder
  • Among others

The confessed killer is to be sentenced on November 15, while Bradshaw and Balfour are to return to court on December 1, 2023.
