Government Senator and Trade Unionist, Kavan Gayle says there is a need for a proper Flexi-work arrangement and work from home code to guide remote working during and beyond the pandemic.
The senator says trade unions have been alerted to several labour breaches over the period especially with more workers and jobs being pushed online and in the homes. He notes that work is underway to improve the work from home order as the pandemic persists.
