The murder suspects in the killing of Andrea Lowe-Garwood appeared before the court yesterday, Monday, February 15.
Javan Garwood, the stepson of now-deceased Bank Manager, Andrea Lowe-Garwood, and Dwight Bingham the alleged shooter appeared before the Trelawny Parish Court.
Garwood is charged with murder and conspiracy to murder while Bingham has been charged with murder and illegal possession of firearm.
They are being represented by Attorneys Martyn Thomas and Suwayne Phillips.
The matter was put off until March 5.
Attorney Thomas says the intention is that a voluntary bill will be entered for the case to be transferred to the Trelawny Circuit Court.
Additionally, the third accused, 23-year-old Leon Hines, who is believed to have been the driver of the getaway car, was remanded when he appeared in the Home Circuit Court in Kingston on Friday.
He is scheduled to return on February 18 on charges of murder, illegal possession of firearm, accessory before the fact, accessory after the fact, conspiracy to commit murder and misprision of felony.
Hines was said to be considering a plea deal.
However, he was absent from court on Monday.
At the next hearing in March, Thomas says a bail application for both of the accused will be submitted.
The matter was presided over by Parish Judge Stanley Clarke.
