Trelawny Man Rescued From Swamp

A Trelawny man narrowly escaped death after his vehicle ran off the salt marsh main road in Trelawny and plunged into the swampland on Tuesday.

This incident took place early afternoon; two construction workers rushed to the scene to not only investigate but this time to rescue the drowning man.

The brand-new Toyota Crown Royal was submerged in the swamplands in the vicinity of salt marsh in Trelawny. The driver of the vehicle was on his way to Montego Bay, St James. He said that he was forced off the roadway and into the murky depths for minutes by another driver.
