In a tragic incident this afternoon, two individuals lost their lives, and several others were rushed to the hospital following a fiery four-vehicle collision near the Bahia Principe Hotel in St Ann. The horrifying scene unfolded shortly before 4 PM, reducing two vehicles to ashes, according to eyewitnesses.
First responders, though prompt, faced challenges in extricating the victims trapped in one of the four involved vehicles. As of news time, details surrounding the crash remain unclear, and the identities of the victims have yet to be confirmed.
Reports indicate that the collision involved an X6, a tour bus, and two other vehicles, resulting in a fatal blaze before firefighters could intervene. Mangled metal was gradually cleared from the site as onlookers processed the tragic aftermath. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
