UNDP Calls for attention on gender-based violence: The Joint Select Committee on the Zones of Special Operation (ZOSO) is welcoming recommendations from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to record acts of violence against women and children in the spaces. The recommendations come on the heels of a spew of gender-based violence across the country. However, there is no recorded data available in ZOSO communities on acts of violence against women and children.
