Former Education Minister, Ruel Reid, his wife Sharen Reid, and his daughter Sharelle Reid was offered bail when they appeared in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court before Presiding Judge Vaughn Smith.
Councilor Kim Brown-Lawrence and Head of the Caribbean Maritime University, Professor Fritz Pinnock, were also offered bail.
All five are to return to court on January 23, 2020, when the Police say the case file will be completed.
