Update on quadruple murder: The early morning slaughter of four members from one family sent shock-waves through sections of St Catherine on Friday, December 12.
Among the dead are two brothers one of whom was alleged to have several run ins with the law.
The incident took place a little past midnight in two yards adjacent to each other. The two bothers are 31 year old Richard Wright and 27 year old Omar Wright. The pregnant girlfriend of Omar Wright, known as Nardia, was also killed, along with the brothers’ cousin 49 year old Lester Harvey.
The distraught sister of the Wright brothers says at the age of two her father was shot while they were walking to a shop.
More than 30 years after her brothers, met the same fate.
The relative says while Richard and Lester were never engaged in any wrongddoing, the same could not be said for the younger of the brother.
The brother of the deceased Lester Harvey, says his brother’s death was unwarranted. He says Lester’s undeserving of such a gruesome death.
Police say they’re unable to comment on any leads and motives for the murder.
