The Principal of Vauxhall High School in Kingston officially broke her silence, Monday following rumors on social media of an altercation in which weapons were drawn last week.
Principal Prudence Brown-Pinnock of Vauxhall High School in a sit-down interview with CVM LIVE, provided clarity about an altercation that led to teachers staging a sit-out. She notes the school has launched investigations and will determine future actions. Mrs. Brown-Pinnock also explains the stance teachers took following the injury of their colleague. Chairman of the School Board Christopher Honeywell says he was present when the incident unfolded. He says he met with the staff on Friday while the teachers stood in solidarity. Additionally, the Chairman is dismissing claims of weapons being used in the brawl. Watch the report below:
